Spanning approximately 6.4 million square metres, the master-planned development will feature an exclusive collection of private mansions, luxury villas, waterfront apartments, and branded residences. Formerly known as the Saadiyat Marina District, the development has been renamed Marsa Al Saadiyat as it enters a transformative new phase in the evolution of Saadiyat Island.
