Abu Dhabi has announced a 0% rent increase across the emirate, effective immediately, according to the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC).

All residential, commercial, and industrial tenancy renewals will continue at 0% increase throughout the duration of this measure, with no change in rental values.

Any new tenancy contract for previously rented units will be offered at the same rental value as the preceding agreement, with no increase in rent. This temporary measure will remain in effect until further notice and is expected to bring relief to tenants across the emirate amid ongoing regional developments.
